The room was air conditioned and had an exceptionally comfortable bed, along with a large bathroom that we thoroughly enjoyed, the daily service was top-notch, and the location was convenient, only a 25-minute walk from Harder.

Had an air-conditioned and fancy room with all essentials, a balcony, and an extra bed, and I couldn't ask for more. The hotel was in a particularly good location just next door to a palace, Victoria Jungfrau from 13 November for one night and the center.

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel. The hotel is situated in a luxurious area of Interlaken, with easy access to the city center and close to our clients. Shopping and dining options are also nearby. The rooms are spacious and feature a comfortable, firm bed, large windows, and a big flat-screen TV. The access to the Club Lounge for guests on the upper floors was particularly positive, where we could enjoy a delicious breakfast as well as snacks and drinks throughout the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety for international guests.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location in Interlaken downtown. The room was recently refurbished and had a beautiful design. First-class service from the amicable and really friendly staff that we interacted with.

This place is conveniently located in the town center within walking distance of a bronze statue, offering a superior queen room with valley views, an electric kettle, and glassware.

The concierge at Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They recommended the best local restaurants and even comped my parking when there was an issue with my room. The upgrade to a Junior Suite was a delightful surprise, and the breakfasts, pool/spa, gym, piano lounge, and pool table provided endless entertainment. Despite the cost, I would not hesitate to return to this luxurious hotel in the future. I highly recommend staying here for an exceptional experience.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, giving me a feeling of ultimate comfort. The staff, especially Exale, went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional, accompanying me to my room and explaining everything with a warm and friendly smile. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the train station. The hotel's breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, and I enjoyed it while marveling at the stunning view of the mountains and gardens.

Convenient location right in the heart of town, in a great neighborhood. The pool is kept clean 🏊‍♂️ and they have parking available onsite.

The breakfast spread was plentiful with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was elegant, offering a private space for a couple's massage. The service was top-notch. The food quality was impressive.

The spacious and comfortable rooms, terrific breakfast, enjoyable spa, great dining and bar amenities, and excellent service.
